These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Klassifiers (the "Service"), operated by Klassifiers ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.

3. Your data and content

You retain all rights to the data and files you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — for example, to generate dashboards, insights, and presentations. 4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time from within the app; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Fees are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

5. AI-generated output

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate charts, summaries, and recommendations. AI output may contain errors or omissions and is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as necessary to use the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
